A.  Methodology

We set out a critical path for your event, highlighting dates when projects need to be completed, thus ensuring that the planning of your event will run smoothly.

Our contracts, agreements and letters with speakers and contractors will ensure that all arrangements are fully understood.

B.  Budgeting and Accounts

Once your requirements are ascertained a working budget is formulated in conjunction with the critical path to ensure your event runs to budget and time. 

This budget is then updated and evaluated on a regular basis in conjunction with the committee.

All monies are banked into your Conference Account.  We are not signatories to this account – you are always in control of all funds.

C.  Computing System

“Events Pro” (Certain Software) easily allows us to manage your whole program with:

  • Easily maintained mailing lists
  • Statistics reports
  • Financial management of the event
  • Delegate registration (including additional functions, accommodation and travel)
  • A Speakers module that handles all abstracts, room allocation, presentation times and AV requirements
  • An Exhibition module looks after all exhibitor and booth requirements
  • Sophisticated lists and the ability to print name badges, function tickets and certificates
  • Secure on-line registrations available
